    CocoRosie Cancel US Tour Following Arrest

    Sister duo are 'crying'....

    Sisterly duo CocoRosie have announced they have cancelled their remaining US tour dates following a mysterious arrest.

    Sierra and Bianca Casady have announced in a Myspace bulletin that the only date they will now play in their native country is a free show in New York at WTC / Wintergarden following their brush with the law.

    They write, “We are so sorry to announce that we cannot play the rest of the us tour dates. The band got arrested, that’s all I can say.

    “We are crying. Say a prayer for our band.”

    They do however have a European tour in place beginning in France on 27 May and running though June into Britain.

    • i am pissed, i was looking forward to this. i dont get how an arrest would make them cancel dates for a week.
