TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1.This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 years or over at the time of travelling.
 
2.Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
3.Entries must be submitted via www.Gigwise.com and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. 4.All entries must be received by midnight on 10/03/10.
 
5.The winners will be notified within fourteen days of the closing date of the prize draw.

7.One entrant, plus their one nominated guest, will win THREE nights participation in Snowbombing 2010.

8.The prize includes and is limited to;
a.Snowbombing 2010, Mayrhofen, Austria.
i.Return schedule flight seats on the following British Airways flights:
i.06/04/10 London Heathrow to Munich 1355hrs-1650hrs BA954
ii.09/04/10 Munich to London Heathrow 1730hrs-1830hrs BA955
ii.Return airport coach transfers to and from Mayrhofen.
iii.Pension (guesthouse) twin room accommodation on a bed & breakfast basis in Mayrhofen from 6 to 9 April 2010.
iv.2 x 2-day local area Mayrhofen lift pass.
v.2 x silver standard equipment hire skis, boots & poles or snowboard and boots
vi.Snowbombing wristband to allow access to all events, gigs and parties covered by the wristband.
 
9.The prize does not include:
a.Any other food and drink other than stated.
b.Winter sports travel insurance.
c.Personal expenditure and incidental costs other than those stated including other costs such as evening meals.
d.The cost of travel from the prize winner’s and their nominated guest’s origin to the London Heathrow flight departure point.
e.The cost of travel from London Heathrow flight return point in the UK to the prize winner’s and their nominated guest’s origin.
f.Additional events taking place during Snowbombing that carry a supplement charge i.e. the Arctic Disco and Back Country Party.
 
10.It is the responsibility and a condition of the prize being awarded that the prize winner and their nominated one guest ensure they have, at the time of travel:
a.A valid passport.
b.Winter sports specific travel insurance.
c.Obtained any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
 
11.The prize must be taken, and all travel completed, between the stated dates of 6 and 9 April 2010.
12.All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable, non amendable and there are no cash alternatives.
 
13.The winner and their nominated guest may be required to participate in publicity. All photographs and any multi-media publications remain the property of Snowbombing.
 
14.Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter or the Organiser and accordingly the Promoter or the Organiser may, at its absolute discretion, vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or the Organiser as a result thereof.
 
15.Where applicable, all relevant Snowbombing Package Terms and Conditions apply. It is a condition of the prize being awarded that the prize winner and their one nominated guest agree to and abide by these Terms and Conditions.
