Lana Del Rey has revealed the video for her new single, 'High By The Beach'. Watch it below.

The song is the second track to be taken from Del Rey's forthcoming third album, Honeymoon, following the release of its title track.

The characteristically sultry ballad lies somewhere between the minimalist trip hop of her debut, Born To Die, and the scuzzier rock of Ultraviolence. It premiered earlier this week on Radio One and Apple Music.

Now Del Rey has revealed the song's accompanying video. It sees her minding her own business, writhing around on the bed and leafing through magazines in a beach house, before she's interrupted by the arrival of a helicopter.

Not one to take these matters lightly, she runs to the beach's surrounding rocks, grabs a guitar case, pulls some sort of bazooka from it, and shoots the helicopter down. All she wanted to do was get high by the beach, after all.

Del Rey started working on Honeymoon straight after releasing Ultraviolence, and has been selling the lyric booklet for 'Honeymoon' during her Endless Summer tour.

Speaking to a fan about the new album on Instagram last month, Del Rey said, "Honeymoon is a beautiful futureretro record and I have two beautiful video [sic] shot already XXX."
