Kelly Clarkson recently stopped by BBC’s Radio 1 Live Lounge to perform a cover of Rihanna’s latest single ‘Bitch Better Have My Money’, which you can watch below.
Clarkson’s jazzy take on the Rihanna track excluded profanities, as she swapped “bitch” for “y’all” and “turn up to Rihanna while the whole club fuckin’ wasted” to “turn up to KC playing the whole club’s getting crazy.”

Ahead of her performance, Clarkson took to Instagram to hint at what she’d be performing, posting a picture of herself holding $20 bills, with the caption “On the way to @BBCR1 to record my #LiveLounge!! So excited for this! Here's a hint of my cover song choice. ;) #ballinonabudget”.
