Listen: London Grammar debut brilliant new single 'Strong'

Hotly-tipped trio follow Glasto with ace new track

  • Chris Malinchak: Perhaps one of the most remarkable breakthroughs of this year so far has come from Chris Malinchak, due in no small part to championing from Radio 1. Everyone undeniably got behind 'So Good To Me' last month, embracing the summer we are so far yet to see, as the sun drenched slow burning anthem could even make an overcast car park in Blackpool seem like Ibiza for a minute. Anthem of the summer? Quite possibly.

London Grammar have premiered their brand new single 'Strong'. Listen to the track below.

Debuting the track on BBC Radio One, Zane Lowe made it his 'Hottest Record In The World'. The release follows a critically acclaimed set at Glastonbury this weekend, as anticipation for their upcoming debut album grows stronger.

Listen to 'Strong' By London Grammar below:

Speaking to Gigwise last month, band member Dan Rothman told us: "The album is done. We've just finished sequencing it, we just have to do a bit more mixing. I'm really proud of it and hopefully people will love it. It's hard when you're so close to the music and you've been obsessing over this record for a year and a half."

The band play a string of festival dates this summer before a full UK headline tour in October. For full details visit Gigwise gig tickets.
