Kings of Leon played London's O2 Arena last night (Wednesday 12 June) -  airing brand new material from their upcoming album, Mechanical Bull. Watch footage of the band playing 'Supersoaker' and 'Always The Same' below.

'Always The Same' is a quick-fire blast of energy similar to the band's material from the 'Because Of The Times' era while 'Supersoaker' has a much more simple garage rock feel that harks back to the vintage feel of Kings of Leon's earlier work.

With a hit-packed 22-song set, the show was the first of the band's two night residency at the arena, with the US rockers set to perform there again tonight.

The band played:
1. 'Radioactive'
2. 'Taper Jean Girl'
3. 'My Party' 'Crawl'
4. 'Supersoaker'
5. 'Pistol Of Fire'
6. 'Immortals'
7. 'Fans'
8. 'Southbound'
9. 'Milk'
10. 'Molly's Chambers'
11. 'Four Kicks'
12. 'On Call'
13. 'Revelry'
14. 'Notion'
15. 'Cold Desert'
16. 'It Don't Matter'
17. 'The Bucket'
18. 'Pyro Knocked Up'
