Coldplay drummer Will Champion guest starred in the latest episode of US fantasy drama Game Of Thrones - in the most talked about scene of the current series.
Drummond stars in the shocking wedding between Edmure Tully and Roslin Frey in recent episode , and is seen drumming in a band at the ceremony. The marriage scene ends in betrayal and a bloodbath, as Walder Frey betrays Rob and Catelyn Stark - and fans have been up in arms about the shocking plot twist.
The band, in which Champion is performing, are revealed to be soldiers as the plot unfolds.
Fans took to social networks to speak of their shock at the scene, with even Ed Sheeran telling Twitter followers: "I dont know what just happened in game of thrones. i'm in shock."
TV host Jonathan Ross revealed he was in shock, saying: "Still recovering from Game of Thrones last night. Too many feels..."
