Brown was involved in a brawl with rapper Drake's entourage when they bumped into each other at a bar in June 2012. The two are both ex-boyfriends of Rihanna, whom the row was said to be about. The incident left Brown with a scar on his chin, posting this picture with the Tweet: ""How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol. Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!"

Following their apparently final split up last week, Rihanna and Chris Brown have taken to Twitter to post some thinly veiled digs at each other.

The pop duo called it a day last week with Brown saying he 'couldn't focus on wife-ing' and Rihanna making it clear they're through.

The pair, who have been on and off more times than most can remember, posted tweets that seemed to insinuate that they’d been unfaithful to each other while they were together.

Rihanna began the exchange when she uploaded an Instagram picture with the words, “If I drop all my hoes for you and we still don’t work out you owe me some hoes.”

While the 'Diamonds' star doesn’t make the meaning of her post explicitly clear, it seems to suggest either that she ditched her friends when she was with Brown or that he was unfaithful.

Brown then replied with his own tweet on Friday, posting: “She’s not mine if she’s everybody elses.”

The pair had been posting tweets on Wednesday which seemed to be references to their recently-ended relationship, though there was less nastiness to them at that point.

“Sometimes loving someone is too much! So loving from a distance will help everyone grow! Be blessed. Live ya life!” Brow wrote.

A short time later Rihanna wrote: “Settling is not an option! Nothing less than 100% loyalty, honesty, and respect!! Love ain’t for kidsz #butimsleeptho.”

Brown and Rihanna shared plenty of their relationship online

The pair had a tumultuous relationship to say the least, and often aired their dirty laundry online via Twitter or Instagram.

On Tuesday Rihanna was seen out partying with her ex JR Smith after her show in New York.

Brown won’t be feeling too hard done by though, as he celebrated his birthday last weekend with with his ex Karreuche Tran.
