4 May 2013: Liverpool Sound City took place over the weekend, and even the sun came out to celebrate the largest international music, digital and film festival and conference in the UK.
Among the bands and panels taking part in the event were up-and-coming R&B/electronic duo AlunaGeorge, as well as Japanese acid rockers Bo Ningen, alt rock band Arcane Roots and instrumental post-rock from Baltic Fleet.
