Troubled pop star Justin Bieber might have had some stiff talking-tos from his label bosses already, but today a top music boss has said he’d go a bit further - and slap him.
Peter Mensch, the husband of ex-Tory MP Louise Mensch who manages Metallica and Red Hot Chili Peppers, says the 19-year-old will soon be on the scrapheap unless he starts respecting his fans and management more.
“I’d take Bieber to the woodshed and spank him,” The Sun reports Mensch as saying.
“His manager Scooter Braun is scared s**tless,” he adds.
“I don’t know what Bieber’s problem is. His career is over in three years anyway.”
The ‘Baby’ singer’s most recent problems continued last night, with the pop star facing charges for allegedly spitting on a neighbour. LA prosecutors want to charge the star with assault after the row over noise complaints.
Bieber has been plagued with problems since he arrived in the UK
Yesterday it emerged that Bieber was in still more trouble after he tried to smuggle his pet monkey Mally in to Munich on his private jet.
