Just hours after being released from hospital, Justin Bieber has had an altercation with a photographer outside his hotel. The troubled teen sensation seems to be spiralling out of control lately, as this is just one in a series of incidents.

London and Bieber don't seem to be a good fit. Since being in the city, the 'Baby' singer has been wandering around alternately shirtless or wearing a gas mask, showed up almost two hours late for a concert and nearly collapsed on stage last night (7 March) due to being 'short of breath'.

When outside his hotel, Bieber apparently shouted at a photographer trying to take a photo of him, "What the f**k you say? What d'you say? I'll f**king beat the f**k out of you man!"

Taking to his Twitter account after the incident, the Biebs posted, "Ahhhhh! Rough morning. Trying to feel better for this show tonight but let the paps get the best of me... Sometimes when people r shoving cameras in your face all day and yelling the worst thing possible at u...well I'm human. Rough week.

"Not gonna let them get the best of me again. Gonna get focused on this show tonight. Adrenaline is high now. Gonna put it on the stage.' Only way someone can break u is if u let them."
