Due to Rihanna's recent escape from a crazed fan leaving her with a grazed knee, we've rounded up a selection of snaps of injured pop stars braving a public appearance or generally just limping from A to B.
Some have even performed in slings or protective ankle boots to show fans just how rock 'n' roll they are, even if being a bit too rock 'n'roll was the reason they got hurt in the first place.
