Pete Doherty has said his ‘future is uncertain’ after announcing that he’s split from his former management team.
The singer took to the Albion Rooms website to inform fans of his decision and explain that it’s anyone’s guess what the future holds
“Andy Boyd and Adrian Hunter are no longer my professional interests,” he writes on the site.
“The future is uncertain – [and progression is not possible without deviation of the norm – this is not from me, it’s from Zappa, via Cyril Bodin].
“Cyril, along with Anais Duquesne is currently helping me out with a view to managing me in the future. My French agent Jean-Louis Schell, will remain a man to trust and work with. Also there’s options there. Any proposal of a professional nature should go through these guys. They all have other commitments in the wicked world of music and shall we say entertainment.”
Last month we had the news that Doherty was working on a new Babyshambles album with producer Stephen Street.

Street produced Babyshambles last album, 2007’s Shotters Nation.
Speaking to NME, bassist Drew McConnell said the sessions had originally been for Doherty’s second solo album but that it would now be released as the third Babyshambles LP.
