The problem with plastic surgery is that there is simply no going back. Just ask Lil Kim. The rapper has now had so much surgery on her face that she is unrecognisable from the fresh-faced rapper who brought us hip-hop hits such as 'No Time' and 'The Jump Off'.

At 38, Kim has had an enormous amount of work done and now resembles LaToya Jackson more closely than any promotional images of herself. This week she revealed her alarming new face during a the shoot for her new video 'Twisted' in LA, at which she was joined by Miley Cyrus.

Check out the shocking photos of Lil Kim and her heavily reconstructed face here.
