Tickets for The Knife's one-off London show have sold out in seconds after going on pre-sale this morning, leaving fans of the Swedish duo disappointed.

The 'Heartbeats' stars perform a one-off show at London's Camden Roundhouse on 8 April 2013 as part of their 2013 Shaking The Habitual tour. Tickets went on pre-sale today (16 January, 2013) to subscribers of their mailing list, but sold out within seconds of going on sale.

It is now hoped that the band will announce further UK dates after huge demand from British fans. More tickets for the band's show will go on sale at a later date.

The London show comes as part of a European tour, which will see the 'Heartbeats' duo perform 14 shows across Europe in April and May of 2013. The band will also perform in Germany, Amsterdam, Holland, Norway and Sweden. They will perform two shows in Denmark.

The Knife's new album Shaking The Habitual will be released on 8 April, 2013.

The duo released a mysterious video entitled 'We asked our friends and lovers to help us', in December 2012 teasing a new release, the band's first since their 2006 release, Silent Shout.

It was later confirmed that a new album entitled 'Shaking the Habitual' will be released in Spring 2013 through Mute label and will feature Shannon Funchess of synth-pop duo Light Asylum.
