Most of us had given up hope on any new material being produced by pop icon, David Bowie. However, the time has finally come and after ten years without a studio album and six years since a live performance, Bowie has surprised us all.

Bowie released his brand new single 'Where Are We Now?' on January 8 2013, his 66th birthday, to instant critical acclaim.

Plans for album The Next Day is set for release this spring and we've put together a list of everything we know about it so far.

We hope to find out a lot more before the record's March release, but for now here is everything you need to know about Bowie's best kept secret.
