- Rapper Coolio appeared on series 6 of Celebrity Big Brother - and apparently liked it so much he decided to try again, also starring in Ultimate Big Brother (think of it kind of like a greatest hits version of the show). Despite Mutya Buena accusing him of being a sex pest, saying that the unwanted attention from him is why she left the show, Coolio was still allowed into Ultimate Big Brother - and then got kicked out due to his harassment of transsexual contestant Nadia Almada. Not very Cool-io at all...

Celebrity Big Brother is back on our screens - and this year, Claire from Steps is among the 'stars' willing to toss away her last shreds of dignity on the reality TV show.
So, being in a nostalgic sort of mood, we couldn't help thinking about some other musicians who've taken the opportunity to lock themselves away in the Big Brother house and take the chance that their career and reputations will either be brought back to life - or totally and irrevocably ruined.
Anyone remember Donny Tourette, whose 'punk rock' antics entertained everyone for, oh, less than 48 hours before he gave up and ran away? And Jackson 5 member Jermaine Jackson not only participated in the show but retained nearly all his dignity, despite the fact that the now famous racial argument was taking place at the time.
