2012 has been a good year for tours; we've seen concerts from all the biggest names. Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and more have all taken to the stage and travelled across the globe.

Some of those tours have made significantly more money than others. Some of our favourite pop stars have made as much as $200 million, from just one tour - and even the lowest grossing tours on the top 25 list have still made over $20 million. Not that we're jealous or anything. Of course not.

As well as the regulars - Madonna, Elton John and Coldplay - there are also a few surprises in there. An American country pop group, a Dutch composer and a rock band that everyone loves to hate all have their places on the highest grossing tours list - although with the latter, we really can't imagine who's going to see them.

So which celebs have hit the jackpot with their concert tours? We count down the top 25...
