Ashley Roberts and more: who hated their time as a popstar?

- Jason 'J' Brown (5ive): Brown (right) was the eldest member of the 90s boy-band 5ive. In 2006 he and three other members of 5ive attempted a reunion (just the four of them...). This didn't go well. Brown then appeared on I'm A Celebrity and tried his luck on The Voice (he didn't pass the auditions). There were rumours this year of a second reunion, but Brown posted on a 5ive fan site that this wasn't happening and requested the site be shut down, forcing the rest of the band to apologise for their bitter ex-bandmate.
The now-defunct girl group The Pussycat Dolls have been the press this week following a series of revelations revolving around Ashley Roberts and Nicole Scherzinger, painting a less than rosy picture of the atmosphere in the band.
Earlier this week former Doll Carmit Bachar claimed that Scherzinger was jealous of Ashley's looks, and that her insecurity and ego were essentially responsible for the group's collapse.
Today Ashley was again in the news after telling fellow I'm A Celebrity... campers that band members other than Scherzinger weren't allowed to talk during media appearances, and also claiming that the band's money wasn't split entirely evenly.
But Ashley isn't the only pop star to have less than fond memories of their time in the spotlight.
