13 November, 2012: One of the most applauded bands of 2012, Alabama Shakes brought their distinct brand of rock and roll soul to Glasgow Barrowlands last night. Check out the band in action here.
The past 12 months have been huge for Brittany Howard and her three band members, with debut album Boys & Girls released in early 2012 to massive critical acclaim - and reaching No.3 in the UK chart. It has since achieved Gold status in the UK.
The band hit the festival scene in 2012 and continue their UK tour on 16 November at London's Coronet. Tickets are on sale now.
