The Stereophonics have unveiled a brand new track, available as a free download.

'In a Moment' is the Welsh band's second release from their upcoming album 'Graffiti on the Train."

Last month Kelly Jones and co released 'Violins and Tambourines', which was fans' first opportunity to hear the new material.

The free download of 'In a Moment' has also been accompanied by a Youtube video of the track.

Jones told NME Stereophonics were "conscious about starting this record in a different way."

He went on to say the reason for the free download was that they "wanted to give fans something they can keep rather than having to keep going back to YouTube or whatever."

The song takes on a slightly darker sound than some of the band's more established releases.

Speaking about the new track, Jones added: "The song is about finding some hope in life.

"It's about those moments in life when you feel a bit lost and stuck and you don't know how to get out of it and then there's a glimmer of hope that helps you pull through it. It's quite a spiritual song."

The track will be given a physical release on 10 inch vinyl on December 10. To download it for free now go to Stereophonics.com/inamoment

The vinyl release coincides with the band's five-date UK tour, which begins on 15 December.
