ITV executives are said to be 'furious' at behind the scenes behaviour from X Factor contestants Rylan Clark and Lucy Spraggan after the pair were thrown out of a posh London hotel.
Rylan, the contestant who nearly prompted judge Gary Barlow to quit the TV show, was asked to leave The Corinthia Hotel on Monday night. After leaving the venue, he dropped his trousers and flashed his bum at waiting tabloid photographers.
Producers are said to be punishing the duo by giving them the boot - from their posh London hotel to a low-budget location nearby.
"The show’s bosses are furious and decided to punish them both," says a source to The Sun newspaper, who have also today printed photos of a half naked Rylan drunk with Lucy Spraggan outside the hotel.
Trouble-making X Factor duo head out for another night out in London
The duo have struck up a close friendship on the show and have spent several boozy nights out on the town together since the X Factor live finals began.
This year's X Factor series has been dogged by controversy after it was suggested that the show was fixed in week one of the live finals. A producer was seen whispering in the ear of Louis Walsh during filming of the first elimination show - leading to the controversial elimination of country and western singer Carolynne Poole.
Gary Barlow later threatened to quit the show following the incident.
