Earlier today we told you all about how one unlucky Whitesnake fan went to see the band in Newport and slipped over in a puddle of sick. She is now suing the local council for damages.

The woman, named Lindy Butcher, was at the Loft Bar in Newport Leisure Centre in 2011 to see the legendary 80's rockers when she slipped and injured herself before the group came on stage. A man who helped her to her feet reportedly told her she had slipped in a pool of vomit.
 
"It was horrifying, you don't expect to fall in someone's vomit," Butcher told the South Wales Argus.
 
The claimant states that she suffered bruising and soreness to her knees and muscle spasms between her ribs following the accident and is seeking damages.
