Happy birthday Madonna! The 'Girl Gone Wild' star will no doubt be celebrating her 54th birthday today with a lot of exercise and healthy food. So much like every other day of the year for the pop queen.

But obviously Madonna isn't the only one desperate to turn back the clock. Good diet, lot's of sleep, cheerful disposition? No, you have to work, work, work to stay in shape. Or, you can pay for it. Either way, there's plenty of ways to be forever 28.

So to find out how the likes of Madonna, Kylie Minogue and Barry Manilow do it, click through the gallery...
