The Olympic Games starts on Friday, you might have heard a bit about it.

Whilst we here at Gigwise love throwing very poles around and jumping over really high things, we're slightly more excited about the range of amazing gigs organised to run around the Games themselves.

With huge shows in Hyde Park arranged to coincide with the opening and closing ceremonies as well as the massive Symphony Of British Music event taking place inside the Olympic Stadium we're spoiled for choice.

Take a look through the pictures to see just who is lining up and going for gold this Summer.
