Andre 3000 was spotted filming in Dublin for new Jimi Hendrix biopic, ‘All Is By My Side.’ In the photos, Andre is joined by actress Hayley Altwell and both are in full 60s regalia.
The photos, taken in Dublin but made to look like 60s London, show Andre and Hayley getting stopped by police which Hayley’s character is less than happy about.
