Axl Rose fell face first onstage during the Guns ‘n’ Roses set at Hellfest on June 16. Watch the video of the stage tumble below.
The 50-year-old frontman recently suffered haematoma after injuring his leg in Russia, and it is unsure of whether he is fully recovered.
Axl, who can be seen falling over at 0:25 in the below video, was walking up some steps on the stage when he slipped and was unable to recover his balance. However, he quickly regained his footing and continued singing.
The Guns ‘n’ Roses tour has been filled with controversy, including the audience throwing pint glasses and money onstage and NME claims that fans wearing Slash t-shirts were told to remove them by security.
Axl also had three necklaces worth around $200,000 (£130,000) stolen recently, although they have since been returned.
Guns N' Roses will headline the Costa Del Fuego festival next month.
