When you think of Queen, you think of big stadium rock anthems like 'We Will Rock You' and 'Bohemian Rhapsody' – tracks that defined a generation and have gone on to inform everything that's come since.
But what about the real Queen? To mark the re-issue of the band's last five albums next week (September 5), Gigwise is very proud to present a selection of photos that show Queen like you've never seen them before.
The pictures capture Queen's Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon in the period surrounding each album - ‘The Works’, ‘A Kind Of Magic’, ‘The Miracle’, ‘Innuendo’ and ‘Made In Heaven'.
