MET Costume Institute Gala 2011 Photos With Rihanna, Paul McCartney, Beyonce

May 2 2011 - Sir Paul McCartney and Beyonce were on hand at the Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty Costume Institute Gala.

They were among a host of music stars who attended the annual gala in New York, which this year recognised the late British fashion designer, Alexander McQueen, who died last year.

Other musical guests who partied alongside the likes of Kristen Stewart, Miranda Kerr and Kate Hudson included Rolling Stones' frontman Mick Jagger, Taylor Swift, Alicia Keys, Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas and Madonna.

Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine, Janelle Monae and Rihanna also attended the event.
