April 13 2011 - Coldplay frontman Chris Martin played a secret gig at the Boogaloo pub in Highgate curated by actor Simon Pegg.
The singer played a short three-song set which kicked off with a new song, which he told the crowd wasn't on the band's new album, but “might be a bit soppy”.
He also played a cover of Oasis' 'Wonderwall' joined by a female member of the audience, as well as a rendition of 'Green Eyes', from Coldplay' album 'A Rush Of Blood To The Head'.
Coldplay are currently putting the finishing touches to their new album, which is due to be released later this year. The band will headline Glastonbury in June.
