The Vaccines - Hype behind this London band, fronted by Justin Young (who formerly performed as Jay Jay Pistolet), only began towards the end of 2010, but it looks set to continue well into next year and beyond. The Vaccines alt-rock would appear to borrow heavily from bands like The Ramones, which is never a bad thing.
