Journey - It was Journey who first saw the benefit of granting their music to Glee. The 80s band’s single ‘Don’t Stop Believing’ was used in the original pilot to season one and was also released as the first single from the soundtrack, ‘Glee: The Music, Volume 1’. Not only did it revive the band’s career, exposing them to a whole generation, but it also demonstrated the show’s populist power.
