August 4 2010 – As far as intimate gigs go, they don't come much more intimate than the Old Vic Tunnels in London.
On Wednesday, Villagers used the venue to terrific effect, performing songs from their Mercury Prize-nominated debut album 'Becoming The Jackal' for a small crowd of lucky fans.
The band, fronted by Conor J. O'Brien, are set to embark on a more extensive nationwide UK tour in October, including a returning gig at London's Scala.
