T In The Park organisers have assured fans that this year's event will go ahead, despite the presence of an endangered species of bird said to put the festival at risk.
This year's event, held at the new site of Strathallan Castle in Perthshire, boasts a huge bill that includes the likes of The Libertines, Kasabian, Noel Gallgher, Mark Ronson, The Prodigy, The War On Drugs, St Vincent, Avicii and many more.
However, as the BBC reports, video footage has emerged of Ospreys nesting at the castle - which by law, cannot be disturbed. The RSPB and local residents have since raised concerns, but now a spokesperson from organisers DF Concerts has said that they'll be working together to ensure that the birds are not disturbed.
"We can confirm that ospreys have returned to Strathallan, but the expert opinion of our ornithologist is that they have not yet nested," they said. "The RSPB believes that the previous nest is active and as such, close monitoring via the cherry picker has been removed and we will continue to liaise with the relevant organisations to ensure the protection of the birds. "In the meantime, we'd also like to assure fans that the festival will go ahead.
"The decision on our planning application will still be made in May and we remain confident that the event will take place at Strathallan."

Last year, T boss Geoff Ellis said that while the capacity will remain at 85,000 at the new site, he hopes to introduce a more 'boutique feel'.
"It'll have more of a boutique feel I suppose," said Ellis. "It'll be a little bit like Glastonbury where you can go to Shangri-La and not spend any time anywhere else. There are lots of mature trees, a castle, tree lined avenues. It'll be a voyage of discovery for those going."
He added: "We might split the fields so, for example, have one field for leftfield music and the healthy eating area."
T In The Park takes place at Strathallan Castle, Kinross from 10-12 July, 2015. See below for tickets and information.
