Manic Street Preachers have unveiled a previously unheard version of 'Revol' from their classic 1994 album The Holy Bible. Check it out below. 

The band's expanded 20th anniversary reissue of their masterpiece is due for release on Monday 8 December. But, as a teaser, they've unveiled the unreleased version of one of the album's vitriolic singles.

Well, it's more or less the same, except for a rage-filled spoken word part from James Dean Bradfield - spitting bile in a rant against the "social conventions you despise", which is ace.

As previously reported, the band's first set will be the 1994 album The Holy Bible performed in full - starting at 8.45pm each night. Then, after a ten-minute break, the band will play a second set featuring songs from their excellent 2014 LP Futurology as well as "curios and a handful of classic hits".

There will be no support bands on the dates, just DJs handpicked by the band:

Dec 8th Glasgow Robin Turner (MSP tour DJ since 1996)

Dec 10th Manchester Robin Turner (MSP tour DJ since 1996)

Dec 11th Manchester Simon Price (MSP biographer)

Dec 15th London Erol Alkan (remixer ‘Europa Geht Durch Mich’)

Dec 16th London Andrew Weatherall (remixer ‘Peeled Apples’, DJ at 1994 Astoria shows)

Dec 17th London Erol Alkan (remixer ‘Europa Geht Durch Mich’)

The band will be reissuing The Holy Bible as an expanded edition on Monday 8 December.
