Lily Allen is set to make her return to the stage, with a Robbie Williams duet at his upcoming London's Palladium gig.

Robbie Williams will get the chance to debut his new album Swings Both Ways, which features the duet with Allen - the pair sing the classic 'Dream A Little Dream', which has previously been performed by Ella Fitzgerald, The Mamas & The Papas, Doris Day, The Courteeners and Chapel Club.

The show will feature duets from Rufus Wainwright, as well as appearances from The Muppets' Miss Piggy and Kermit The Frog. Tickets for the November 8 show go on sale at 10am on October 28. The concert is also being filmed for BBC1.

"'Dream A Little Dream' is one of my favourite songs of all time so I didn't hesitate when Robbie asked me if I'd like to duet with him on it," Allen tells NME. "I was a bit nervous when we recorded it, especially when I asked him what he wanted me to do and he said something like 'just be you'. But I'm really happy with it and think we do justice to a classic song."

Allen has made only a few appearances this year; she performed her song 'Smile' at an exclusive Paris Fashion Week event in Februrary, she duetted with Professor Green at The Stone Roses' Heaton Park show last summer, and even sang with Pink for an episode of VH1's Storytellers. Allen's own album is set for release next year, 2014.
