A Los Angeles police officer has been arrested for allegedly making lewd and inappropriate comments about Whitney Houston as the scene of her death following the star's fatal overdose.
The 'I Will Always Love You' superstar died at Beverly Hilton hotel on 11 February, 2012 after taking . Now, Sky News reports that Beverly Hill police sergeant Terry Nutall arrived on the scene after her death with "no legitimate law enforcement inquiry, investigative, or other proper and legal purpose" - before lifting the sheet on her corpse and making obscene comments.
It is alleged that Nutall uncovered Houston's body before saying "Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?"

Former police supervisor Brian Weir claims that he was removed from his position as head of the department’s SWAT team for reporting the alleged misconduct. Weir claims that Nutall "knelt beside and leaned over the decedent, removed the sheet and/or other covering from the body... to an area below the pubic region."
A Beverley Hills police spokesman has since said: "We stand behind the investigation 100%, including the conclusion from the coroner’s office."
