American hip-hop duo Insane Clown Posse have been sued by former record label employee Andrea Pellegrini on the grounds of unlawful termination.

Pellegrini, who worked as a publicist and attorney for the act's label, claims the offences began in 2009, and involve a fellow colleague called 'Dirty Dan' propositioning her and buying her a "clear dildo" after she changed her Facebook status to 'single'. Two other women were also given "vagina tighteners" by the generous Dan on the same day.

Pellgrini, who worked for ICP's label, fittingly named Psychopathic Records, claims she was fired when she reported the in-office sexual harassment to her seniors.

She also alleges feeling threatened by ICP member Violent J's girlfriend, that she was asked to obtain illegal weapons for a photoshoot, and being forced to use public bathrooms with "naked men" as opposed to Psychopathic Record's staff toilets at the 2012 Gathering Of the Juggalos, the infamous annual festival for Insane Clown Posse's diehard fans.
