Carly Rae Jepsen has been sworn to secrecy about details of her duet with mentor Justin Bieber, which is set to be released later this year.

The Canadian star has spent much of this week laughing off sex scandal rumours - but has also found time to discuss her duet with Bieber. The track is set to make its premiere in September when Jepsen releases her debut album.

"The Justin song, I'm kind of sworn to secrecy on because I think we want to release it together at one moment," Carly tells MTV. "But the rest of the album, I'm really excited for."

She is, however, permitted to discuss other artists who have worked on her album, including 'Sexy And I Know It' stars, LMFAO.

"There's one particular song that I can't wait to share called 'This Kiss' that I wrote with Matthew Koma and Redfoo from LMFAO, The sound is definitely in my vein," she adds. "I've been writing since I was 17, and to finally have an audience ready to hear some of that is really, really exciting for me."

Earlier this week, a sex tape was leaked which starred a girl who bears a striking resemblance to Jepsen, and today is was revealed that police are investigating a theft from her personal computer - thought to be naked photos of the squeaky clean star.
