Metal and indie battle of the bands tournaments announced

Two Door Cinema Club and Bring Me The Horizon will be getting their boots on for two days of music and football with this years Soccer Six tournament, taking place this weekend (May 11-13).

The annual event, normally the reserve of soap actors and boyband members, is this year staging an 'metal' tournament and a 'indie' competition on May 11th and May 13th respectively.

Taking part on the Indie day will be Reverend and the Makers, Two Door Cinema Club, The Twang, Goldie Lookin’ Chain, Life In Film, The Milk, Dexters, Masters In France, Little Comets, The Tricks, Sound of Guns, KAV and Eugene McGuiness.

Meanwhile, Bring Me The Horizon, You Me At Six, Architects, Lower Than Atlantis, Don Broco, Exit Ten, My Passion, Heights, Six Hour Sundown, Malefice and Futures will compete for the prize of best team in Metal on May 11th.

Both days of the tournament take place at Leyton Orient's Brisbane Road ground with a kick off time of 12.30pm. Gates are open to the public from 11.30am. Tickets cost £8
