Lana Del Ray performed what must have been one of her most intimate gigs since becoming one of the biggest stars in the world in London last night (10 april, 2012). Treating just over a hundred fortunate HMV competition winners, Lana was backed by a piano, guitarist and string quartet at London's Jazz Cafe.
Couting controversy, she turned up in a Guns N' Roses shirt, alluding to the rumours that she has been seeing frontman Axl Rose. The pair were previously spotted at LA's Chateau Marmont hotel.
After commenting on the intimacy of the gig, she began with latest single 'Blue Jeans' before singing seven additional tracks including 'Born to Die' and 'Video Games'.
Lana will be spending more time in the UK over the summer when she appears at Lovebox, Isle of Wight Festival and Radio 1's Hackney Weekend.
