The ex-husband of troubled star Amy Winehouse will not be seeing any of her fortune pass through his hands.
Due to Winehouse not leaving a will, the £3million fortune will be received by her parents Mitch and Janis and it will be up to them what is done with the money.
A close friend to Winehouse revealed to The Sun that "There aren't many 27-year-olds that make a will — and Amy didn't either. Had she made a will, Blake may have well been left something — not cash, perhaps an investment. Amy still loved him when she died.”
Blake Fielder-Civil, blamed for introducing Winehouse to the world of drugs, married the 'Back to Black' star in in May 2007 before getting divorced two years later. The pal added “Mitch and Janis are sensible and shrewd so it's probably for the best Blake doesn't get anything."
Amy Winehouse sadly died in her house in from alcohol poisoning after a binging session in 2011.
