Rock frontman Adam Lazzara suffered a broken leg when a tree fell on the US star while he took a cigarette break during recording sessions in Michigan.
Lazzara was trapped under the tree until band members heard his cries, according to US gossip website TMZ. His band members attempted to remove the fallen tree, but were forced to call emergency services. The fire brigade were forced to saw the tree to pieces in order to free the injured rocker.
His broken leg will be in a cast for 4-6 weeks, which currently casts doubt on the bands upcoming headline slot at this year's Slam Dunk festival. The band are due to perform two university gigs as part of the annual event.
