Adele made her live comeback at  54th Grammy Awards performing her single 'Rolling In The Deep' - you can watch it below.

The London singer took the stage following her 'career saving' throat surgery last year accompanied by four backing singers.

Performing single 'Rolling In The Deep', from album '21', Adele received a standing ovation on completing her vocals.

Later in the evening Adele paid tribute to Paul Epworth as the pair accepted the 'Song of the Year' award for 'Rolling in the Deep'.

She said: "This is Paul Epworth. He's the best producer in the world and he brought me out of my skin to write this record."

The London singer took home all the awards she was nominated for including 'Record of the Year', 'Song of the Year' and 'Album of the Year'.

Mitch and Janis Winehouse joined Tony Bennett on stage to collect the 'Best Pop Duo/Group Performance' award for duet 'Body and Soul', which was released after their daughter's death last year.

The Foo Fighters picked up 'Best Rock Album' for Wasting Light, Best Rock Song for 'Walk' and 'Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance' for 'White Limo' and '78. Best Long Form Music Video' for 'Back and Forth'.
