Coldplay 'Refusing To Duet With X Factor Finalists'

Coldplay have reportedly refused to perform a duet with the X Factor finalists on this weekend's show.

The band, who are set to perform at the final in Wembley Stadium this weekend, will not duet with the remaining three acts Marcus, Amelia and Little Mix

As previously reported on Gigwise Coldplay have said they are huge fans of the show.

Martin told Absolute Radio: "We really feel grateful for it because they don't often have bands on and we get to play what we want to play and play songs that we wrote, and no-one's asking us to change anything. It's amazing.

"There's no other TV show, really, except for Jools Holland, that gives you that. So we were like, 'Thank you, we'd love to'... I understand that there are people who are musically not into it, but I don't agree with them and I say that with all respect. I really love it and I think the music's great."

Leona Lewis, Michael Buble, JLS and One Direction will also perform at the X Factor final at Wembley Arena.

The live finals will this year take place at Wembley Arena on December 10-11.
