Lady Gaga Gears Up For X Factor Performance Following Sex-Change Rumours

Lady Gaga landed in London this weekend ahead of her performance on tonight's X Factor.

The singer, who will perform her latest single 'Marry The Night on the show, has recently sparked fresh speculation that she has undergone a sex change.

Earlier in the week Gaga released a still from her upcoming video for 'Marry The Night', which shows the singer in a hospital down flat out on a trolley with an IV drip going into her arm as two nurses wheel her down a corridor.

The singer posted the caption:  'It's not that I've been dishonest, It's just that I loathe reality.'

Previously that day she had also written: 'This will be the longest video I've released to date. I will unveil a film still tonight. The beginning of the story I never told you.'

The picture has now sparked debate online amongst her fans, with one posting on Twitter: 'Damn! Did Gaga really have a sex change operation?'.

Gaga has been at the centre of sex change rumours since she was captured with what looked like male genitalia during her performance at Glastonbury in 2009.
