 The Stone Roses have today have announced details for two special homecoming gigs in Manchester next year.
The band announced at a press conference in London this afternoon that all original members - Ian Brown, Mani, John Squire and Reni,  - will play two dates at Machester's Heaton Park, on June 29 and 30 2012.
The band also revealed that they have already started rehearsing for the tour, which won't get underway until the summer of 2012.
The two homecoming shows will see them play a selection of old classics, as well as new material, which will form part of a brand new album.
