Cheryl Cole has reportedly warned Tulisa Contostavlos not to end up like her and ''let the show ruin your life.''
According to Now magazine the Girls Aloud singer, who was replaced by N-Dubz star Tulisa on the Judges' panel this year, has told Tulisa not to let Simon Cowell rule her life.
A source told the publication: Tulisa's said she has little time to see her boyfriend as she's so busy. Cheryl's begged her not to let all the hours spent working on the show wreck her relationship."
"She warned her that Simon expects the show to come first and advised her to keep a healthy work-life balance."
The X Factor continues on ITV1 on Saturday (October 1).
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran and Tulisa Contostavlos joined Dappy to celebrate the N-Dubz star's number one single 'No Regrets' in London at the weekend (September 25).
