Boyz II Men have revealed that they hooked up with Justin Bieber on a Christmas song after the teen singer said they would be “perfect” for the collaboration.
The two acts recorded a song called 'Falalala' earlier this summer, which will be including on Bieber's Christmas album.
"He thought we'd be perfect for it," Boyz II Mens' Shawn Stockman told MTV News. "And we went in and locked in."
Wanya Morris also revealed that Bieber had met the group before he was famous.
“He was a new dude, and the next thing you know, he's huge,” he said. “And I'm like, 'That's the same guy!'”
A release date for Bieber's as-yet-untitled Christmas album has yet to be announced.
As previously recorded on Gigwise, Boyz II Men are set to make a special appearance at this year's MOBO Awards in Glasgow.
As well as performing a melody of their classic hits, the group will also give fans a sneak preview of songs from their forthcoming album 'Twenty', which is released on October 17.
