Slash has confirmed that he is recording a new track with singer Mary J Blige.
The former Guns N Roses guitarist revealed the news to fans over his Twitter that he is currently working on his second solo album which includes a collaboration with Mary J Blige.
Slash wrote: "Just finished a session with Mike Clink engineering on a track with Mary J. Blige. Sounds killer!"
Slash worked with a number of female artists including Rihanna on 2009's 'Rated-R' and Black Eyed Peas' Fergie on his own album track 'Beautiful Dangerous'.
Meanwhile, Slash has been transformed into a cartoon character for Disney's Phineas and Ferb.
